MVS had decided to remove their Factory Stock class for the 2007 season, and the rumor mill said Mountain was doing the same.

aha... No, Mountain Speedway will still be running the Thriller/Factory Stock class in 2007.

Thanks for getting back to me. I just wanted to know what my options would be with the close of 2006 season and the Factory Stocks being eliminated from Mahoning. My race team has raced the Mountain in the past and we liked the people and the drivers. If we race the 2007 season here, we will be bringing 2 factory stocks as well as a late model. Stay tuned.........this may be a REAL GOOD THING!!!! We look forward to it.
