Just a reminder, many of you have it in your head that PoconoThunder.net is affiliated with Mountain Speedway. This is not the case. We are an independent news organization covering the Pocono area, which includes Mahoning & Mountain.
Mahoning nor Mountain has no authority over our forums.
We do not delete posts due to content unless they violate our terms of service (which you agree to when you sign up). The following is in our terms of service, you may not do any of the following:
* Make any bigoted, hateful, or racially offensive statements;
* Advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them;
* Post or distribute any material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any law;
* Post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous, or indecent language or images;
* Advertise or sell to or solicit others;
* Use the Forum for commercial purposes of any kind;
* More than two screen names per IP address, unless given permission prior to signing up for Services.
* Post or distribute any software or other materials that contain a virus or other harmful component; or
* Post material or make statements that do not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme of any chat room or bulletin board.
* Impersonate an individual or entity.
* Try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or computers connected to the Services though password mining or other means.
* Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States through the Services.
* Interfere with another user's use and enjoyment of the Services or any other individual's user and enjoyment of similar services.
Just as a note, we may move your post to a more pertinent section for your benefit.
Also, this Wednesday is the deadline to have your real name on your profile. If you fail to do so, your account will be disabled until you comply.
