Will there be the same amount of trucks next year or any new rookies or moving between divisions?

Rob McCormick and PJ Vecchio will be newcomers in the division...

Rob McCormick? News to me, but well deserved if true.

Who's truck is Rob going to run?

Nobody's that I am aware of, nothing's in concrete. We have talked to a few people about that possibility, but I know Rob pretty well, and that's false as of now.....Matt, I heard he's driving your truck, lol. jk

I'm hearing through the grapevine that Bobby Gardner's truck is sold...

You are correct. It is gone and some funny looking car without fenders sits in it's place.

Anybody know who bought the truck? That was one heck of a ride...

From what I'm hearing its one of the guys I originally mentioned *hint* *hint*

Hmmm...that only leaves one, as I heard that the other had purchased a truck prior to the swap meet and I saw Bobby at the swap meet with his truck for sale. Interesting... As I said, it was one heck of a ride...

Bobby in a modified, that's a scary thought.

Gil Smith, who raced a 4/6 truck at Riverhead, #6. He is stepping up to the pros. He bought Bobby's truck.

For the record, Rob did NOT buy Bobby's pro truck.

Thanks for the info, tstiles (by the way, if I'm not mistaken, I met you the night of the awards dinner but never really had a chance to formally meet you or introduce myself).
I wish both Gil and Bobby the best of luck next year. I'd have to say that's a pretty good truck Gil got his hands on. As for Bobby, I'm looking forward to seeing him attack the learning curve in a car without fenders. Whether you love him or hate him, at least Bobby is always interesting to watch.

Bobby's a good driver. I'm sure he will be a contender once he gets a few laps under his belt.

My guess is that Rob will be in one of Brigati's trucks.

I went and looked at a truck today, and I hope to make a move in the next week or two.

J.A.

*Hint* *Hint* Doesn't sound like either guy you mentioned bought the 45 Truck.

Has anyone heard the fate of the Number 34 Dodge ?

My information could be wrong (it's always a possibility), but from what I understand, the #34 SPT was purchased by P.J. Vecchio (former driver of the #19 BB).

The Vecchios bought 2 trucks and their cousin, Anthony Daleo, #99 in the truck enduros, also bought a truck. I can't speak for the the 34 truck, but I know those guys traveled upstate to buy these trucks. I will let you know more, but I am guessing you will all see about 4 to 5 new SPT for 07.

From what I know, it's still for sale, $8,000 and take it. You aren't finding a better truck than that one. The 8 truck, that is.

I was looking at Hank's trailer 4 sale and there is still a truck on it (hint, hint) Brian Schwarz ...................a super pro truck that is, and it's 12 noon Monday, Jan 8, 2007.
