Stock enduro ride height

Is the ride height in the rules for "back to stock" Mountain enduro's?? Looking at the photo's from the past race, there must have been some cool 1978-88 low riders, back in the day!

The bottom line is that there is nothing in the rules covering ride height. I'm sure you will get 10 other "opinions" on what the rules really means.
