In the Figure 8s there was Pete Ray in # 32 along with Joe Larsen in a team car with me. The car started out as # 311 but Islip dropped us to 2 numbers so I changed mine from 310 to 31 and Joe went from 311 to 32.

Back in the 60's New Jersey's Johnny Luhrs was a sometimes Islip competitor in #32.

310fig8...you drove the 32 after the 310 was hit at the "X" while leading. The front clip was bent so you put your dad's motor in the 32 to finish the season. It was 1979.
