In the Figure 8s of old there was "Irish" Mike Sheehan. Also in the 8s there was Richie Schaeffer in a Fred Dunlop Sr. Owned # 22 which I also took out for a ride one fine Saturday night. In the ARDC Midgets there was Joe Csiki in the Red Falcon Powered Midget. Anyone remember that car???

In the ARDC Midgets there was Joe Csiki in the Red Falcon Powered Midget. Anyone remember that car???Yes I do. It was owned by the Bennett brothers and was a team car to the Offy run by Dutch Schaeffer. And I remember that it was Csiki who designed that Falcon engine. He went on to design a Falcon sprint car engine as well winning a URC feature with that car in 1967. Sadly he met his demise in that same car later that year.:*-(
