Rained out, and it's for real. It was raining quite hard and steady. Too bad really, since Rob Tribuzio's LM and J-Rod's back up #08 were there, in addition to some vintage Modifieds. :(
When we get details on rescheduling of the events, we will post it and let you all know.

Rain was coming from the north, so it didn't hit the bronx like it hit eastern Long Island. A question were you in Riverhead around 2-3 pm? Came down pretty hard, the strom was picking off of water over the sound and dumping it on the east end. South shore wasn't as bad, it did clean up on the south shore was damp for most of the night. Watched a great ACRA race while the Busch race was on. Chad McCumbee has got some real talent for the Petty's. One lap down races his way back on the lead lap. Yellow comes out and Chad is 17th with 19 laps left. Everyone came in for tires and gas. Chad picked off 16 drivers in less then 9 laps!!! Then took the lead. Tim Andrews looked impressive also. Petty's got some good kids in their farm!

By the way were you coming out last night? I was looking foward to see some Vintage Garden State Modifieds at the track.

ummmm I don't recall an event being called due to rain at the Garden.....

If I do recall right, one event was called because of fog from the ice. I know this happened a few times with the old Boston Garden. Not totally sure if it happened at Madison Square Garden.
