Just a reminder....since the race is starting to get closer, I wanted to remind all of you who keep up with the forum news about the dry erase board.
Again, I will bring a dry erase board to the race for the turn 4(Gate) flagger to write down a car number and hold up for the drivers to see, if we have to get someone off of the track. This is to attempt to keep the racing cheaper for you guys out there. We'll give this a shot first... If we are still having problems, then maybe we will look into a radio/scanner idea. Again, I want to keep it cheap, so help us all out and keep an eye out for the dry erase board.
I think we will do a test just before the begining of the race....Before Matt throws the green, still on the pace laps, we wil post up a random car number. I want that guy to wave a hand out his window just to show us he can see the board. ...Of course, this will also tell us if we have a sun glare problem and need to have someone else do it!
We'll go over everything once more at the driver's meeting, just to be safe!
