My second time at the track this year and my understanding that two weeks in a row no cautions. I wasn't there last week, but great runs by Heagy and Young.

Sad to report Ken Heagy did not win the race, was DQ'd for tire infraction.
Top 5 Young, Fortin, Park, Bertuccio, and Sapienza.

I thought with the new rules you had to start the feature with stickers??? How could you soak them? On the way to the track with a spray bottle??? lol

Top 15 need to start on stickers. I'm not sure if heagy was 15th in points or not.

Yes, Heagy was absolutely 15th in points last week. However, according to the officials, he called after the announcement was made and said he "couldn't afford new tires" so they let it ride. However, in all fairness to the other drivers they should have had him start at the back of the pack. What's right is right and what's fair is fair. Well, look where it got him -- a DQ!. From what we heard there were other drivers who couldn't afford tires and had to stay home (we were told two of them). What a shame for them if that was the case.
