WALL TWP., NJ -- This Saturday, September 22nd, Wall Township Speedway presents USG Night with 6 divisions of action, plus an appearance by the Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club. USG Corporation is a nationally known 100 year old company supplying wall, ceiling and flooring products. The Wall drivers will also be going through the grandstand area at Intermission for a "Helmet Drive" to help raise money for the Matheny School and Hospital in Peapack, NJ. The Matheny School has long been a local charity of NJ auto racers and fans, as they help treat young and old with Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Spino Bifida, and Lesch-Nyhan disease, among others. Many Matheny School patients will be in attendance Saturday night, so please help make them feel welcome. Wall driver Kevin Eyres and Track Photographer Ace Lane Jr. help organize an annual Christmas Party each year for the cause. Spectator gates open at 4pm, with qualifying races starting at 6:30pm.

All 6 weekly divisions will be racing, the Whelen All-American Series Modifieds, Street Stocks, RMP Modified Affordable Division, Sportsman, INEX Legend Cars, and Value Towing Factory Stocks will be competing with only 3 weeks left before the track champions are crowned. The Championship races may all come down to the regular Season Finale on October 6th, as all 6 divisions will be racing for double points, and a valued guaranteed starting spot in Turkey Derby XXXIV November 23rd and 24th.

In the Whelen All-American Series Modifieds, #55 Steven Reed built on his point lead last week, after 2nd place man #12 Kevin Flockhart had trouble at the start of the event. Reed now holds a 42 point lead over Flockhart, with #99 Chas Okerson, #91 Shaun Carrig and #33 Jason Treat making up the top 5 of the 42 Modified drivers that have competed in the 2007 season.

Rich Mongeau in the #77 still holds a slim 10 point lead over second place and last weeks winner #43 Ron Frees in the Street Stock division. The #12 John McCormack, #1 Ray Minieri and #19 Bill Vanderveen are still within striking distance of the leaders for the title.

RMP Modified Affordable Division defending Champion Danny Bohn #659 still maintains the point lead by 19 over #97 Robert Geibel. But, Wall's winningest driver for 2007, #2 Kevin Eyres, #48 Kevin Davison, and the #09 of Scott Riggleman are still in the title hunt.

Kevin Eyres showed he wants to be the Sportsman Champion for 2007, taking his 7th win last week in the #21. Chas Okerson in the #99 is still right on his heels though only 16 points behind. #77 Charlie Kremer III, #5 Dave Green, and #14 Elliott Wohl all still have hopes of upsetting the top 2 drivers plans.

INEX Legends point leader #90 Mike Fulton has a 31 point advantage over 2nd place man and last weeks winner Daniel Roslin in the #02. #64 Ronnie Poley, #88 Stephen Stull, and the #0 of Mark Tischler still have a shot at the crown.

The #06 of Vern McLaughlin III has the largest lead of all 6 Wall divisions in the Value Towing Factory Stocks with 71 points over #66 Nick Shaw. Richard Petey #6, last weeks winner #42 Danny Collamer, and #21 Joe Constandi round out the top 5 in points.
