There are a few others with a kind of local connection in the race also. None of them from modifieds but Max Dumarey who drove a team car to Mike Olsen in the Busch East this year is starting 8th in a Fadden Racing car, Erin Crocker 19th, Chase Austin who drove Rusty Wallace's car in the Busch East 22nd and Tim McCreadie 23rd.

With Dario Franchitti starting next to Bobby Santos maybe Bobby will get a little more TV time this afternoon. Speed at 5 PM.

I enjoy and follow DIRT mods and I think Tim McCreadie is a very talented driver. I would like to see him do more asphalt than DIRT to see what he can do on a regular basis.
