Ok, I have watched the video only once now...but, I am far from done...

As I can see it, it is pretty clear that Vern was passed for the lead LEGITIMATELY! He was not placed a lap down as initially presumed. On lap .. he was passed JUST AS he was spun. The #02 and the #18 were on the lead lap the whole time. Vern was passed legitimately as shown by the video. He was passed by several cars, 2 on the lead lap, 2 lapped cars. The #02 and #18 were officially in 1st and 2nd with only a few laps to go...BUT, Vern retook 2nd place...he did not pass th #02 however.

Further down the line, the #09X and the #63 crossed the line in that order as well.

This brings the official finish to look like this:
1st - #02
2nd - #6m
3rd - #18
4th - #09x
5th - #63

Now, this still brings the issue of where did everyone else finish? I am still working on that, I had complaints from several drivers who placed 10th + and believed they were in the top 10 at least... I will have to do a little more reviewing, but as of now, the top five finish is as stated...unless Erin sees something I haven't noticed, stay tuned to the NEETS forum for the official results to be posted later today or tomorrow afternoon.
