One question on these great photos: in the '81 Turkey Derby, I remember Charlie Jarzombek as driving the x-3, and Tom Baldwin, involved in the Vinny Green crash, was driving Charlie's #1, with Tommy's motor in it (Tom had destroyed his own car in the infamous Pocono crash that season). I think Tony Ferrante began driving the x-3 the following year. Anybody?

You may be correct. I just did them all from memory (which is not what it used to be:lol: ) I do remember Tom driving Charlie J's car one year, but I thought they had switched cars for that race just to try each others out. But, you are probably right. I'll ask Tony Ferrante or Junior if I see them at NSS or this years TD.

WJ I believe you are correct. Charlie J drove the x3 at the 81 derby. Tony began driving the x3, renumbered the x2, in the sportsman or M.A.D. (whatever it was called) around 82.
