Hey, so is there going to be a meeting with any or a bunch of BB Drivers, Teams, etc? Or did this good idea go by the wayside?

Sorry guys, been very busy with the job that pays the bills.

Let's go for next Thursday, 11-15-2007. I'll secure a location and let you knowby Monday. Many folks have offered their places, so I am trying to pick the place that is centralized for most.

We are new to the Blunderbust division and we were wondering what this meeting will be about?

It's a meeting to get together and discuss pertinant issues pertaining to the division. Suggestions for the upcoming season and discussion on how to market ourselves.

The plan is to come to the meeting with solutions to current issues. And my philosophy is this, if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.

Anyway, we are looking at exchanging some good positive dialog.

Thank you for the warm welcome. We do have a car it used to be the number 98 I believe Derek Buck drove it. It's a work in progress but we look forward to the '08 season

Yes, MonaLisa, to the best of my knowledge, the last time the #98 hit the track it was being driven by Derek Buck from Commack. If my memory serves me correctly, it was a yellow car with red numbers.

And, hey, aren't they all "works in progress" to some extent or another? Happy to see another one of the "missing" BB cars resurrected!

Thank you guys for making us feel welcomed. And yes Tracy it was yellow but with blue lettering and numbers (all my crappy jeans are now canary yellow and blue from stripping it) We will try to make the next meeting.

Blue lettering, huh? My memory must be failing me in my old age...ha ha.

This is as good an opportunity as any to remind everyone about the next meeting...next Monday, December 3rd at 7:30 pm, 90-D Dale Street (off Edison Ave.), West Babylon. The turnout for the last meeting was good and the discussion was very positive. Hopefully, a few more of you can make it to the next meeting!
