We actually posted these on Long Island Jam a bit back.
I tried cleaning it up and it is a pretty large file so takes a bit to start.

That was great Richie! Thanks.

On an aside, with all the talk about Johnny Bush on another thread, that was Johnny in the 69 Coupe. I believe it was his first year in a mod.

Very cool,... I don't remember the year exactly. Maybe 1979? When they showed the officials, I saw Ray, Bobby Lee, Wally Walters and the big man in the cart. I might have been the one walking away from Bob up by the ramp. I always stayed near to him so he could yell orders.

The 1972 video is cool. That is Hendrickson's first Pinto as it had the small hood. The second Pinto had a wider hood and a slightly different look.

Thanks for the memories,
Jimmy Strup

I saw the officials and was looking for me. I saw Ray, Bobby Lee, Wally Walters and the Big Man. I might have been walking off the ramp when he drove away.

The 1972 video was Hendrickson's first Pinto. The second had a wider hood and was built in 1973. The first Pinto then got sold to Tom Durkin at Wall and run by Gil Hearn. Thanks for the memories

I have no clue as to the year as they were sent in to us. I just tried to clean them up to make them clearer. Someone on this board actually sent it in but I am having brain freeze as to who. They will see this and post I hope!!!!

That was me! I sent in the 1972 video! I appreciate you trying to clean it up! The original film is much clearer, but you lose some quality when transferring to the PC. I still don't know why you changed the music, though. I thought the song I used was better suited to that video. As far as the other video, that wasn't mine, but the 1979 guess sounds about right.
I also posted the 1974 Freeport video (http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTNqQlJLYRk) on You Tube! And I'll be putting more up this winter.
