Dodge W-2 heads

Norm is looking for one (1) Dodge W-2 head, old style.

It is for one of our drag racing customers.

I've been to all the "sale" sites and have come up empty handed.

Any leads would be appreciated.

Have you tried ebay? A friend of mine found heads for his Dodge (don't know if same type) on there when he couldn't locate them anywhere else.

W.J. I think I've tried everywhere: EBay, Racingjunk.com, Stafford's classifieds, did a search through Yahoo.com........nothing......hoping
someone has a lead on somthing sitting in someone's garage looking for a home!

Heads feature flat-machined rocker stands that work with rocker arms P5153586 (old style offset shaft rockers). The Heads use the stock “LA” oiling system where oil is fed through passages in the block and heads up to the rocker shafts and arms.

What a great site Groundpounder. Haven't seen some of that stuff for over 30 yrs. I don't need a head but would love one of those 426 Hemi's.
