Hampton Jitney Bus Trip To the Turkey Derby.

Just want to remind everybody that Hampton Jitney has it's Bus going to Wall this Saturday for the Turkey Derby. The Price of the Bus is $45 for Adults, $40 for Seniors 60+ over, and $19 for kids 12+ under. Race Tickets are not included, but will be available at the Gate. The Boarding Locations and times are as follows.

Southampton Omni. 6am
Westhampton Airbase 6:30 am
Riverhead-Staples Parking lot. 6:45 am
Farmingville-exit 63 park and ride 7:00 am
Commack-Exit 52 Park and ride 7:20 am

The bus will return to Long Island after a great day of racing.

I missed pork roll as I didn't read this because I had left already.

It was a fun day at the TD. I had the pleasure of hanging out with Mike and Alex - along with my old Wall buddies. The weather wasn't too cold and the racing was good, but at the end of the day it was all about hats (yes, it did get cold late in the day), pork roll and fried Oreos -with tails (the horror...the horror)!

you know-- fired oreo's are really awful, but it's like a bug attracted to the zapper-- I just gotta do it somehow. I wish they would only sell one instead of five.

The pork roll was good, the beer cold, the firends and commentary excellent. All in all, a very good TD and a nice turnout.
