Notes from Wall

Here is some of the news to come out of Wall Stadium today.

SK Mod Time Trials - fast time was set by Jimmy Blewett in the #76, turning a lap of 12.518

Factory Stock Feature - John Cozza finished 2nd, and posted the fastest lap of the feature. NEETS regular Howie Bott finished 6th, while the 2007 NEETS 6/8 cylinder and TRUX champion Richard Petey finished 26th, 13 laps down.

Street Stock Feature - Ken Matlach finished 22nd, 6 laps down.

Legend Feature - Tom Sherman finished 2nd.

I am planning to make the trip to Wall tomorrow. Coverage of the Turkey Derby will be provided by JA Ackley, with Richie Grodski taking pictures!

One interesting tidbit. The TQ's were 7/10 seconds faster than the mods.

Are there any pics from last Saturday or early this weekend? I heard Truex is not running.

Well, he did not qualify Friday and as of Thurs. not on the pre-regs. list. Could he be running the Wall mods? I don't think they were on the card Friday night, right?
There are time trials today for them and a feature, maybe he'll show??
