There have been many rumors in racing papers, and websites about the 2008 plans for my buddy James W Civali.
James did have offers to do other things in 2008.
However, he will remain the driver of the Don King owned 28 on the Whelen Modified Tour in 2008.

That's good news. They ended the season on a high note and should be one of the teams to beat next year.

Now that this piece of the silly season is in place, maybe more of the pieces will begin to fit together.
