Get Well Fred Serrell (Cowboy)

I just received word that back gate Riverhead Raceway Fred Serrell or as we always call him Cowboy is in the Hospital with Pneumonia. Fred is in the VA Hospital in ICU in Northport and will remain there for a few more days. He was having trouble breathing and had a terrible cough and he was weak so he was admitted and is doing much better and from what I hear the Nurses in ICU love him...so please pass the good wishes for our Fred to get well soon. His brother has been in touch with Charlie F. and Charlie sent word to me so I am passing the news along. Get Well Soon Fred, we love ya.

Fred- Get well soon. I was worrying about you because I emailed you pictures and hadn't heard back. I hope you are back on your feet soon. Email me or call me and let me know how you are. Thanks Sis for passing on the info so we can all say our prayers for Fred's speedy recovery!

Hey Fred, BTDT a few months ago. When you get home, don't rush going back out. A relapse is the last thing you want. I'm still on the mend but, my lungs are shot anyway. The VA will give you everything you need and more.

UP Date On Fred Serrell (Cowboy)
Fred is still in the VA Hospital in Northport but the good news is he has been taken out of ICU and put into his own room. He is doing better, needs to get his strength back before they release him. His room number at the hospital is 322, Unit B. Fred's brother printed out the notes on the Jam and Fred is touched by everyone's concern.
Get Well Fred and hopefully you'll be home for Christmas.

I just got off the phone (Sunday) with Fred, he is doing better, out of ICU, up and about trying to get his strength back. He is eating some, but will be in the Hospital for Christmas, he doesn't want to rush getting out to only have to maybe go back. He appreciates everyones nice notes and thanks all.
