I'm 100% sure that's a Troyer that George insisted on running at the short tracks. I'll look at the other pics I have, but I'm fairly certain, George ran the troyer most of 1990.

Art built a couple of clones of that last RE car. Kenny ran it last as the #12 SK late in the '90's

Brett won it it, Jeff won in , Reggie ran it in a couple of shows...Art got the clone so good only he knew which was which some times...Greg may have run it also...getting foggy...
