I'll go with burtmyers on the track and year.
69-Fats Caruso, 107-Wally Silva, the black 74, fourth in line, Hop Harrington, (I believe this was one of, if not, the first coupe around with power steering), 14-Smokey Boutwell or Eddie Flemke, 44-Jerry Humiston, M3-Roy Messick, 3-Rene Charland or Dick Dixon, 4-Dennis Zimmerman. If the car in front of #14 is #74, it's either Elton Hill or car owner Daryl, or Darren? (can't remember his last name). The 10 could be either Gene White or Fred Borden (they both drove #10's in that era.)

BTW I am not Burt Myers. My name is David and I am a crew member for Burt

We knew that David, it's just that some people prefer to keep it with their screen names when posting. Unless they sign the post I'll usually respond using their screen names. No problem.
