Mountain Speedway is proud to announce its “Little Racers Club” for the 2008 season, presented by Custom Classic Trucks of Califon, NJ

For a $10 charge, each club member (ages 10 and under) will receive a tee shirt, membership card, button, a coloring/puzzle book and also a photo of their favorite driver, which can be autographed upon request.

Membership cards will be stamped during each visit to the speedway, which will entitle the members to a variety of promotions throughout the season, including free hot dogs after a set amount of stamps.

Custom Classic Trucks is the official sponsor of the Mountain Speedway Little Racers Club. The business specializes in classic truck restoration and related services to help bring classics, vintages, antiques, muscle cars and hot rods back to current standards.

Club membership applications can be filled out at the speedway souvenir stand during the regular racing season and they will also be available at the Laurel Mall race car show from Feb. 27 through Mar. 2.

If you are interested in getting your little one(s) into the Little Racers Club, send an email to Joan Dancho at dancho@intergrafix.net or to me at gjtost@verizon.net for more information.

We already have 15 members or so and would like to have a few more before we order the shirts for the kids.

Now up to 23 members...
Joan, the program lady has been busy with all kinds of fun things for the kids.

If interested, see her at the souvenir booth Sunday.

As Geno mentioned, we are now up to 23 members. Monthly crafts will be held for all members at no charge. All children including non-members are invited to join in on the crafts ( small fee will be charged for non-members, fee will be based upon the specific craft )All members should have membership card available.This past week , children made a beaded membership card holder that can be easily worn and should help with misplacing card.
Craft Classes will begin immediately after intermission- Parents need NOT attend. We will keep your children busy while you enjoy the racing action.
Crafts tables will be setup by the souvenir booth on the grandstand side.
Tentative schedule for Crafts will be:
May 4- Mother's Day Craft
June 14- Father's Day Craft
July 5 - Surprise Craft
August 9 - Surprise Craft
September 28 - Surprise Craft
October 12- Surprise Craft

Any member that was not present at last week's craft ( beaded card holder ) can see me at the booth this week. Supplies will be available.
