First he refuses to say the Pledge and put his hand over his heart and then he refuses to put his American Flag pin on his lapel? What is his problem? Back in the day he would have been accused of treason. I do not think we need someone who refuses to represent our Country as President. He definitely is not getting my vote. There's something Fishy about this man.

I followed the links to those stories and was not too surprised at the source. Did you read the masthead of the first one? It says:

NewsBusters
Exposing and Combating Liberal Media Bias

The source for the second story is Fox News. That is an organization that the Democratic Party feels is so biased that the party refuses to hold a debate on their stations.

Are the stories correct? The one on Fox News probably is. The story on NewsBusters? Who knows. Reading their story shows conflicting info on whether it is during the Pledge or the Anthem. However, just reading this person's story shows the bias against democrats.

But that's OK. Democrats have their supporters that do the same to the Republicans. You have to remember the writers point of view on what they write.

By the way, how many of us really walk around wearing lapel pins?

I for one have one on the visor or my car and you would think that a person running to be our President would show more love for our country i think hes a fake and that hes up to no good anyone who rejects those things is just plain un American for 12 years in school i stood with my hand over my heart for the Pledge at my school and soldiers have fought and died just so we can have that freedom to be able to play that pledge every morning and he is pretty much just spitting in all of our faces. Like i said something is not right with this man!

Clearly at the bottom of one of those stories it states that the original caption in Time was at the National Anthem not Pledge of Alligance. And Mike was right about FOX bias.

In my opinion Obama is too young and inexperienced...We need a change over from the republicans to the democrats...those republicans have been in office for too long now!!! Hilary seems to be the best choice. Again, JMO.

I think in the last week, Hillary and Barack have done a great job convincing voters who were undecided that John McCain is the best choice, LOL!
