Just a reminder...Pole Day is on Sunday, April 6 and will be a points show. The top 15 qualifiers in each division will be locked in to the opening day(April 13) features. If you are not in the top 15 on time, or could not make it for Pole Day, you will be in the consi on opening day. The 16th place time trialer will be on the pole for the consi, with 17th place on the outside pole, and so on. The remainder of the consi field will be set as you register with handicapper

50 points will be awarded to the top time trialer. (best of 2 laps)
Anyone who attempts to qualify(MUST take green flag for first timed lap), will receive 25 points.

have the pole winner draw a number from a hat. put 8-12 in and that way it makes it interesting as well. Whatever they draw, invert from there. If a guy knows he won't be on the pole, he might just not run as hard if he knows 15th or whatever number will start up front.

Talk about a rip-off. $25 bucks for 2 laps. Just another scam from Mountian Speedway. If you want qualifying that badly do it the day of the first race. Oh wait then it would cost $50 to get in, and we wouldn't get out until the next morning because the show would drag on and on. Just keep ripping off drivers and lose them. Good business plan.

This is how it always was...even before Mountain Speedway.

Nick,
You seem spun out and the season hasn't even started...give me a call in the speedway office, and i'll see if I can get you dialed in.

In fact Mike, I'm cutting one up right now. I'm looking for a place to "shove" the pieces.

Just a reminder, former Mountain Pro Stocks may run with the Late Model division and are allowed to use a 650 cfm 4 barrel (PN# 80541-1 or 4777).
I know there might be a few still out there...if you haven't cut them up yet.

You'll have to pay $75 for a pit license (if you don't already have one), and then $25 to enter the pit area...or, for just $14 (10 and under are FREE), you can sit in the grandstands for six divisions of exciting asphalt short track racing! :applause:
