Here is an image from the new iRacing.com racing sim.

It shows a few SK mods coming out of the corner at Stafford. You can even see the clubhouse in the background.
This is going to be part of an online racing series. You start with a lower powered car (most likely a Legend car) race a 12 week season, and then you can move up to the more powerful cars. Both SK's and a PASS type Late Model are in the game, with many local tracks.
No date on the demo or release date. But this is going to be huge I think.
