As I sit here typing this its 38 or so degrees outside, but its sunny anmd I would not care if its the same next week, spring is almost here! The mods are about to hit the track.

1 Week til the Icebreaker!!! Next week its the first mod race of the year at Thompson.

It has been way too long since we heard the engines roar, watched the mighty mods on the track and seen our many Mod Tour friends.

Our hotel is rented and we are ready to go racing!:applause:

For the first time in a few years I will be spending the entire icebreaker weekend at Thompson, this time (for the first time) with both my sons.

I hope to see you all there. Who's coming?

I'll be there...can't wait! Up-and-back the same day (as always) for me. My wife shocked me today and mentioned that she may want to take the ride up - we'll see about that idea. It all depends on the weather (she hates the cold).

I should be in attendence. I patronized my local purveyor of fine meat products for some Pork Roll to make some sandwiches for the day. Chances are I will be without the usual crowd so I may go so far as to catch a ride with someone.

Nah, I actually gave up getting you on the bus. You would become addicted and actually start going on many of Hampton Jitney's excursions, such as Foxwoods, Broadways plays, Yankee Games, and yes, even Sprint Cup Events. I couldn't do that to you.

I just came off of 2 weeks straight of night call for the oil co. that I work for. And, moving into a new home at the same time! Tell me I'm not ready to blow off some steam!!

It's been a long busy Winter and I've been waiting for this weekend for a looooong long time. Can't wait to knock off work early on Friday, hook up the camper and head up 395 north.

Oh yeah, I'll be there.....
