The following reflects the rule changes concerning #7 + #8 of the Thriller suspension rules:
(Old Rules)
7. Springs must remain stock type and be mounted in stock location. Spring rates may be altered. ALL springs must be same length and NOT less than 12 inches in length.
8. There will be NO modification of spring or shock mounting surfaces, and no spring pocket spacers of any kind permitted (except stock).
(New Rules)
7. Springs must remain stock type and be mounted in stock location. Spring rates may be altered. All cars must maintain a 6" ground clearance at all times, measured from lowest part of frame.
8. There will be NO modification of spring or shock mounting surfaces. Up to 1" Factory rubber spring spacer allowed on top of springs. If used, must be on both sides and be same size.
