There is no set time for a call to be made.

I plan to head out that way shortly from Huntington, and if I hear anything, I will try to see that the information gets posted ASAP.

Hey you guys don't have it too bad. I'm heading to Jersey for the Stone Temple Pilots show in Holmdel, and specifically that town has tornado warnings all day... HAHA... This should be fun... Then again that weather will be coming this way, so be safe everyone.... When would the 50 Lapper be made up?

Looking at the radar at 2pm it's pretty much past the city and looks clear west of there. The real heavy stuff is all just south of LI and it's all moving east so I would say within an hour or two it will all be past here

According to the LI Weather Channel....Round One is gone...Round two to begin around 2:30...showers and T-Storms until 8 pm?????????? John is already out there...he said the track said they think it will clear. Guess they aren't watching the LI Weather Channel.

lol it's gonna be sunny. Or at least partially cloudy. Kinda wierd how just as it passes they call it. They talk about round 2 but looking at the radar it looks pretty good to the west of us. Just don't go to the south at all, lol. DC up through jersey has had tornado watches all day.

It was a tough one to call today by the track...but, it was a good call I think.
Great job by the JAM staying on top of the situation and posting it up ASAP. It really sucks loading up and making the haul for nothing. I'm sure some teams had to anyhow but it was a no winner.:applause:

lack of drivers and cars helped make the call easier! A lot of people decided to wait it out at home!

Love reading some of these posts on how "It would have really sucked to load up and take the drive, and how they should make a quick decision...etc"... Just be happy your able to drive, able to load up, able to make the trip! Have fun, stay safe, stay HEALTHY! CYaz soon......
