Kevin Green Updates - Get Well Soon

Kevin Green, the official Mountain Speedway track photographer was stuck by a modified that slid through the infield during Saturday night’s 40-lap feature event.
The lap nineteen incident occurred when one of the modifieds slid sideways through the infield and stuck Green.
Everyone responded on the scene immediately, and then Kevin was flown to the Lehigh Valley Medical Center in Allentown. Although the full extent of his injuries are unknown at this time, Kevin was conscious and alert after the incident.

More information will be posted as it’s received regarding Kevin’s condition.

Just got off the phone with Joan, who took Kevin's wife to the hospital. Kevin got a CAT scan and the results aren't known yet. BUT, the great news is that he was joking around. Besides a number of stiches, it appears that Kevin is doing very well! Thank God.

Just returned from the hospital. Results of cat scan are hefty damage to left side of body, which include
major cut to the left knee area with a chipped bone, required some stitching

left elbow rotated- tried popping back into place- were awaiting x-ray results when i left to see if they succeeded or if surgery would be required.

All in all, he was in very high spirits, but really worried about his camera
Will keep in close contact with his wife and keep everyone posted.

Thank you to everyone who assisted in helping to calm down Denise and Chelsea and help me to get the booth closed up so quickly so that I was able to get them to Lehigh as soon as possible.
Please keep Kevin in your prayers and I am sure that we will see him back at the track in no time.

We would like to thank everyone for all the thoughts and prayers for Kevin. I would like to thank everyone who helped Kevin ,Chels and myself Saturday night.Joan special thanks to you for running us to the hospital. I really can't thank you all enough!
Kevin is doing pretty good he has a chipped knee, he rotated his elbow has 2 fractures in his hand and 4 stitches in his leg and 8 in his thumb. That's all he was worried about was his camera and if the pictures came out.
They are gona get him out of bed tommorrow and maybe come home wednesday (hopefully).
So again thank you all, I can't thank you enough.

Talked to Kevin today
He was up and walking . You can't keep a good guy down !!!
Still in a lot of pain.
Cindy he wasn't trying to catch that mod. he saw a donut on the track and that distracted him. LOLOLOLOL hahahahahaha . I have proof too, When they did the cat scan they found a donut in his stomach...

I just wanted to let everyone know Kevin's coming home tommorrow:).
