Whats up with Brigati's engine??

He had 2 cars there Saturday and loaded right after tech inspection by the tour inspectors. I heard he had an illegal intake manifold. How did he get a riverhead seal from Walter?? Im curious will he be allowed to run the illegal manifold this week?? Also were both cars illegal?

Official word from the Brigati team:

The No. 98x intake had the wrong part number and Chevrolet single-piece intakes are not allowed. The engine was put in just for the tour show and never run at Riverhead. Only one car of Brigati's ran through tech.
