Hey this is the first year I have been going to Riverhead everyweek. I love it. I think its been a great season thusfar. I was wondering who people think the better young drivers are at the Head? Id have to say that Timmy Solomito 66 charger , Rob Bater 19 blundrbust, Erin Dumichich 95 spt, and Rob McCormich In the modified are impressive, what are everyones thoughts?!

Justin Bonsignore is the best young driver out there right now.he showed it in the chargers that he can win.and now in the mods.its just a shame that he is stuck at Riverhead right now. could be the next Donny lia I think.

I don't think Justin is stuck, other obligations hold him here, also $$$. I'd love to see Justin get into an SK ride at Thompson and Stafford for a year and go tour racing the following. It's all about $$$ though! I do think (my opinion) that Justin should have made the move already, but he's still young to do it! He's got the talent and can wheel a machine. A lot of drivers come here and say "If you can race Riverhead, you can race anywhere!" A lot of drivers who came from here have also said it!

I have to go with Justin also. Erin is one smooth driver and I think she has a few wins coming her way starting next year. Might even pull one off this year if she can get a break.

I agree, and i'll add....

Just because you're good at 1 place....doesn't make you good everywhere.

It appears each division has a young standout. Here are my thoughts:
Modifieds - Justin Bonsignore
Late Models - John Gloor IV
Chargers - Timmy Solomito
Blunderbust - Rob Bader
SPT - Erin Dimichich
Figure 8 - No one excites me there...at least not yet.
Legends - Haven't watched a Legends race in years.

What's going to make them standout is the test of time.Where will they be in 5, 10 or even 15 years from now?

There are places you can go and test each others ability against the clock... Then see if you can have the fastest lap of the day

Very impressive rookie last year in the Blunderbust Division. Ran out of money and had to park the car. Hope he gets to run again.

:applause::applause:I think it would be fun to see the above mentioned drivers get in our Champ carts and see what they can do.! That would be a ball..... Learning how to draft etc. It's a Different world.... I don't care who they are. THAT WOULD BE FUN TO WATCH! :applause::applause:Although Timmy and Justin wouldn't be allowed in the race! LOL
