Real long story short, I spoke with Brad after the race, and we found the system did not score me on one lap. He fixed the problem, but during the last restart, I was told to let everyone past because I was a lap down, when in fact I was running around 9th or 10th.
Brad explained to me there was a problem with the loop, but it really did no good after the fact.
I hope it's fixed for next week...
As a matter of fact, I just checked mylaps.com, and it does not show me scored for the last 3 laps...
Unless I missed something, I ran all 25 laps.
Computers...got to love them..

Hey Jeff, I know what you mean! I hate computers...but I can't seem to get far enough away from one to make it seem so....

My advice to you would be check your transponder (IF you have your own that is)...make sure it is taking the charge, make sure it is holding the charge for the whole time and make sure it isn't shutting off if you shake it around too much.

If you rent one, just keep your eye on it then...if the unit is one of the newer style ones, then it could just be a possible defect...???

It just doesn't seem right that you would be the only car not picked up for the last three laps now does it? Don't let it get to you though...

Thanks Joe. I'll just shake it off, come back next week and hopefully get better..
Looking at mylaps.com, it's not only me..The 32 car (Keith) wasn't scored for the last lap or so, along with the 60x. I know they were running at the end..Maybe I'm not interpreting it correctly..I also know my crew as well as a half dozen others asked the turn 2 officials the have someone re-check..
Oh well, we will get ready for next week..
