I'm there! The ROC race back in August was great, hoping for the same from the Whelen Tour.

Anyone know the schedule? I thought it started at 3, Saturday afternoon. But any idea when the feature race will be?

here is a e-mail I just got from Mr White at Spencer Speedway---Pits open to tour 9:30 practice 1:00, we will be running other classes also on Oct 3rd.

Can somebody explain to me, how NASCAR, which went thru painstaking detail to make sure the CUP series cars are as EQUAL AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, how we have 12 cars qualify from one heat and 11 qualify from the other? I realize they always use 5 provisionals, but how about 11 cars from each race, 5 provisionals, and the highest points position of the 2 11th place place cars make the race. 12 in one race and 11 in the other is just SILLY.

you'll have to call the track. Mod Tour entry blanks never list local division times.

Why? i used to go to super dirt week in oct and really never used them :cheers:; also at sdw at rolling wheels its got as low as 30 and still thats really not tooo cold for Long Johns:mad:

Would love to go but 3 1/2 hours from heats to feature, with a 9:00PM start on a cold October night.

I can't believe it. I thought this was a 3 pm race, similar to the 2 pm ROC race back in August.

How stupid to have a race that drags out all day long and then run the feature at 9. Either start everything later and move it along quickly..or start it at 3 and get it over earlier.

Even I am debating if I want to sit thru this. When your biggest race fans are hesitant about attending you've got a problem ! Wake up out there and start making these shows fan friendly.
