Clarence “Teeny” Hemmersly lost his fight with cancer and passed away earlier in the week. Many of us know Teeny from the track, as he’s been around racing for over 20 years. Teeny is also the father of Donnie Hartzell’s car owner- Clarence Hemmersly, Jr.
