Burt Myers finishes 12th while suspended?

How is it that Burt Myers can race at Caraway in a NASCAR sanctioned event when their press release states he is suspended from the next event and through 10/1/08?

Appeal.

Very stupid move on his part. Long story short he showed his butt all day yesterday, and I'm sure the appeal hearing won't be heard until after next week.. So He'll get to miss the first race of next season and take himself out of the championship hunt already. Unless of course he plans on running ASA only.

Burt needs to run the ASA Series, that way he can cheat all he wants, it's obvious he can't run with the big boys, heck I bet he was cheated up at the turkey derby last year, and the morons for not hiding the wires in the msd box or even change out the box........MORONS !!!!!!

For those who haven't FULLY read any stories.
Burt Myers was suspended from the next Whelen Southern Modified Tour race, which was last night, because he failed tech at Martinsville.
He ran that race, qualifying 5th and finishing 12th.
He was able to run the race because he has filed an appeal with NASCAR for the Martinsville penalty.
OVER AND OUT!!!!
