Are there any guaranteed starter positions in this event? Like past winners, that sort of thing?

As I understand it, positions 21-25 are reserved for past Late Model Challenge winners and Late Model champions.

With the amount of LM's showing up for this event, will the first or first two finishers in the "B" Main be moved up to the big show?
It would be nice to see this happen if all 38 cars show for the event. The WoO does this and I've seen "B" main qualifiers almost win the big race.

Qualifying Procedure is as follows:

1-14 - Time Trials (with a TBD redraw)
15-20 - Qualify through the B-Main/Consi
21-25 - Provisionals (If all eligible drivers are already qualified, the next car in the B-Main/Consi will qualify)

So, yes, more than 2 cars will come out of the consi/B-main. Minimum 6.
