Trucks for Mountain???

Some of the enduro truck drivers are talking about going up to Mountain for the November 1 race. If they can get a guaranteed 10 car field, they will have their own race. Here is the catch - no one wants to say "yes, I'll go" and drive all the way there thinking there will be 10 trucks to find out that only 8 people showed and the trucks have to run with the 8 cylinder cars.

Here is your chance to get a headcount and possibly have a race. If there is enough interest and it can all be worked out, the truck drivers may actually put together a purse of their own, since Mountain does not charge to race but also does not award a purse.

I've been so busy with away races and life and such that I still haven't even had a chance to diagnose the problem that forced me to pull the truck in after only 6 laps in the last race. I don't think even a guest driver would be happy towing all the way to Mountain to run 6 laps.

Bob; Take one of them cars and take the trunk lid off. I have an old day bed you can put in with bungie cords. It'll make a fine North Sea truck bed.
