A question about car #'s

Just wondering what team owns the rights to the #59 on the tour - Darling's or Bennett's. And who's team gets that number for next year - Rudolph or Hirshman ?

I guess that's going to be up to NASCAR to decide, but it is an interesting question. I'm sure if Matt has to use another number (60?), he should be comfortable with it, lol!
