:help: New feature for 2009 in FTHR Magazine. It's an opinion poll called THROTTLE-UP. Where you the reader can have a chance to have your opinion heard on a topic we've selected. You can be completely anonomous or leave your name which will be posted along with your comment. Whatever opinions don't get posted in our magazine will be put up on our website for viewers to see.
