License Upgrade

I have Weekly License and I want to upgrade to a Tour License for 2009 and was wondering what the best to do that is? Ive tried online but I can only find renewals. Should I just wait til Caraway?

Yes, bring your hard copy and fill out the tour license applicatin and tell them that you would like to upgrade and they can do it for you. You will have to pay the diffrence.
