Set for July 12th at Lily Flanagans in Islip 2pm to 530-6pm

admission - is $25 includes first initial buyin to play and your first drink.:cheers::cheers:

Tickets will be sold at the track .

1st prize is $500

2nd prize-$200

3rd prize-$100

4th $50

evreryones chips will be counted at the end of event. most chips wins the $500 dollars etc.

there will be a 50/50 raffle
and door prizes

remember this helps all of you make sure you and your crew try to attend.
does not matter if you never gambled before, it's all in fun.
Last year we had a lot of fun. With all the divisions involved this year it is gonna be 10 times the fun.

PLEASE BUY your tickets in ADVANCE. All equiptment and dealers rental must be paid in full 3 weeks before event and is a big expense.

If i do not have enough tickets bought in advance to cover the cost of the event, The event will be CANCELLED!!!!!

This could be an even bigger profit for for the point fund please try your best to attend.

with all these rainouts we need to make up for it.

this sunday dont forget....i did not sell alot of tickets. but got alot of responses that they were coming. as the bowling fundraiser worked out the same way..
the expense to have this event was no small change. so please do your best to attend and bring a friend.

please make sure we are on time sunday guys...starts at 2....so why not come at 1:45 to get your free drink and get started early

2pm start time with only 3 hrs of play.

i will be there at 1pm selling tickets at the door to make sure everyone is able to start play at 2pm.

there will be a fax machine raffle along with the 50/50.

the tix wil be sold 2 for $5 for the fax machine.

what a shame that only 3 drivers out of riverhead raceway showed up for this event..Roger Maynor,Chris McGuire,and Frank scimeca.
All those yes's "ll be there dont worry" i guess ill know better next time.:mad:

Besides Mike and kevin Rommeney, Chris Turbush who did buy a ticket but were not able to come last minute....alot of people should never complain again

Well guys all of the complaining you do that no one does anything for the point fund, This is why folks. Alot of money was lost.. i will try and figure out a way to make up for the loss.But its gonna be hard.
you are the only ones losing out here not me. Only thing im losing is my time and effort. But i will keep trying for the remainder of the year for those who do care and appreciate.

Leah to bad that the turnout was terrible. You definetly did your part by providing a great event and making it well advertised. Maybe some of that rain we had been getting would have helped so everyone would have had to stay inside.
Oh well, I had a great time and I think alot of people missed out on a great time as it could have been a tremendous event.
