What happens if pole day is rained out?

If one or both Pole days rain out, We will time trial qualify on Season Opener weekend.

Is the last one to register the first to qualify or is it a pill draw with the lowest number to qualify last?

Drivers will draw to determine when they will be going out to time trial, when picking up/registering their transponder.
