Marvin Rifchin, the founder of M & H Tire based in Watertown, Mass has passed away. Marvin was 97 years old.

Much of Marvin's success came from drag racing, but the start in the race tire business came from circle track racing in the 1950's. Ron Bouchard ran a small block modified car for years and just killed everyone. Very, very few people know that one of Ron's early cars was owned by Marvin Rifchin. Nothing on that car said M & H or Marvin. It said Bouchard all over it.

That's the man Marvin Rifchin was.........

Marvin took on Goodyear and Firestone Tire and beat those giants more times than they beat him.

Info on arrangements when we hear about them. RIP Marvin.

Marvin was a quiet figure in the racing world, didn't say much but you always felt his presence.

One heck of a business man.

RIP Marvin.......

When my father was running his last years in SK's in 83 & 84, Marvin always remembered him from the 70's. Godspeed Marvin.

Joe Brady and the Brady Bunch Racing would like to thank Marvin for all the memories and good times. Marvin was a big part of Brady Bunch Racing threw the late 60's in to the early 80's. He was a friend to all and it was Marvin who inspired a lot of Brady Bunch Racing. Joe and the crew will never forget Marvin. Rest in peace my friend you will be missed.
