For the second consecutive week track officials at Sundance Vacations Speedway were forced to nix Saturday’s slate of short track racing. Typically Saturday night rain outs are made up on Sunday, however, that isn’t the case for this weekend because of the Father’s Day holiday.
The TQ event has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 22.
The Ed Makarewicz "Duct Tape 50" Memorial has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 4. Double points will be on the line for the event, plus lap money collected. Laps are still available. Please see Jason Makarewicz if you would like to sponsor a lap.
A big weekend of racing is ahead for the speedway, kicking off with Sport Modifieds, Street Stocks, 4 Cyl. FWDs and Legends on Saturday, June 27. Rain or Shine, racing will pick up the following day with Round No. 4 of the ABC Car Crushing Mountain Madness Enduro Series, which will show case enduro drivers.
