Not sure of that answer, but I think its a shame that so few of tonights ROC mods will show up at Spencer when the Whelen tour shows up. Don't drivers have to have a special license just to race the one race? Probably limits the number of drivers who would go even if they could.

Licence, I think heads, some other engine items, probably more money than they could win.
