I just received this from Dale Wolbrink, the PR person for the North-South Shootout:
Mike, It is with great pride that I contact you regarding the annual John Blewett III Memorial North-South Shootout. On November 6&7, we will proudly host the seventh annual event at Concord Motorsports Park in Concord, NC.
It is hard to believe that we are going on year seven! The staying power of the North-South Shootout can only be attributed to everyone involved. And that includes Sundance Vacation Speedway and its competitors.
We have added the "King of the Mountain" events to our Qualifying race schedule for the 7th Annual John Blewett III Memorial North-South Shootout. I anticipate officially announcing the schedule within a week or so.
We are THRILLED to have Sundance Vacations Speedway on the schedule once again in 2009!
