Last night at the Monadnock Speedway. The modifieds had their 6th race of the season. A total of 23 modifieds were on hand. Bryan Shumway took down the win in the 50 lap race. Jim Boniface finished 2nd and Todd Patnode came home in 3rd. Kirk Alexander was out of the event after trying to avoid a spin with Rusty Ball. I don't know if he hit anything or if something broke. Carl Pasteryak made an appearance. Peter Jarvis was also on hand subbing for Shelly Perry.
Next event for the modifieds will be on Saturday August 8th. The track will have an open track party from 5-6 pm. The track will also have a yesteryear party.
