I just watched the video, he definately did not take him out on purpose. He held his line, and it was hard racing. Chuck doesn't race dirty, I have been a fan of his since 1996, I have never seen him run anybody dirty.

84 came down...I don't need to see a video, it was clear as day. 11x is the cleanest driver out there week in and week out...I wish he used his bumper a lil more honestly

I love how one incident and you guys try to throw Chuck under the bus. It wasn't intentional....maybe you guys should say you lost respect for the spotter who prob told john he was clear? Anyhow chuck is a clean driver and I'm sure john will bounce back....all great drivers do.

I think everyone "thinks" Chuck should use the bumper more! lol He's got to have the cleanest front bumper 9 out of 10 times in a race!!! I don't believe my eyes have ever seen Chucky wreck anyone with the thought of "he did that on purpose" or "hey look, a payback!" Most if not all drivers respect Chuck and race him the way he races them!

so rob are you saying that you have a problem with johns spotter? or does anyone else?

Settle down, he was being hypothetical I'm reasonably certain.

all i can say is that maybe you all should slow down the video and look where chuck's left side tires are....clerly below the white line, yes very clean racing and most noraml people dont turn left when there heading in the streight away nice attempt to back him up but non sense jmo...sincerly john fortin

I have no problem with Johns spotter, I was just making a general statement...a spotte is a race car drivers eyes and sometimes incidents like this fall to the blame of a spotter. Think what you want.

Oh , I got it. Chuck got loose coming out of turn 2, from Dave's oil, over corrected, hit the 84 in the 1/4 bar. spun him out, didn't wreck him.

That's what possibly could of happened! The 84 slipped up in the middle of turn 2 and the 11x shot to the bottom which was open and "It looked like the 84 came down a little bit" (just my opinion) and the 11x was already there! that's what i say from the video, not takin' any sides. and yes the 36 was leaking a little bit. (rear)

Its always the same answer when chuck has a situation on the track like this one with the 84 . Everybody says Chuck does not drive that way. Chuck does his share of rough driving too . If it was the other way around everybody would be bashing the 84 .

John, John, John, quit your whining. It's always someone else's fault and everyone else who runs well is cheating. Look at the video again. Chuck's left side tires were ON the white line, something you and every other asphalt driver has done at every track in the world EXCEPT Martinsville. His whole car wasn't below the line as you make it sound. Face it, you opened the door and Chuck jumped in there. YOU would have done the same. Chuck took you by surprise, he was up to your DOOR! You tried squeezing him a little and you went around. This was good hard short track racing. Parks pulled the same move on Chuck a week or two ago and they ran side by side for 5 laps without incident. Why ? because they're 2 drivers that can race each other hard without losing their head. IT WAS RACING, LIVE WITH IT AND MOVE ON!

Geez I Hope His Daughter Doesn't Learn how to whine so much when she has an incident it might damage her possible career. it was a move anyone would have done if the door opened up like that, fluid or no fluid. but how does one win a race with a car clearly leaking fluid(s) Only At Riverhead I guess.. the only Track with Invisible, Non exististent officials..JMO

So, what several of you imply is that SAP won because he was leaking fluid? I think several of you need to get over it and put your big boy pants on.. This is over a week old now.....:-B
Looks like it's time for "Big Brother" (JA) to come in and close another useless thread!:applause:
