Heroes of Yester Year Celebration...The management of Monadnock Speedway has announced a special celebration for all the Heroes of Yester Year. On Saturday, August 8th, the speedway will hold a celebration honoring all who have been a part of racing history as a driver, crewmember or car owner from any track. The event will be held on the Annual Open Track Party where the fans will have the opportunity to mix and mingle amongst all who contributed to racing in years past.
The list of the Heroes of YesterYear keeps growing! Here are some of the legends (car owners, competitors and crewmembers) who will be in attendance on August 8th: Roger Raymond, Mario Fiore, Bob Polverari, Bill Pelley, John Fisher, Archie Archenbault, Steve Zuchowski, Jerry Davis, Dan Maseroianni, Ronnie Dodge, Bob Gallager, Tom McGowan and more to be listed!
If you formerly were a competitor, car owner or crewmember (at any speedway) and would like to attend this special event or have any questions, please call the speedway's office at 603-239-4067. Each guest will receive complimentary tickets and have the chance to swap stories and catch up with former fellow competitors. Deadline to contact the office will be will be August 3rd.
